Your Role

  • In-Person Intake Evaluations: Conduct thorough, face-to-face clinical assessments and diagnostic interviews for seniors entering the program.
  • Clinical Assessment & Diagnosis: Utilize evidence-based diagnostic tools to evaluate late-life depression, anxiety, cognitive changes, and coping mechanisms.
  • Care Plan Formulation: Establish clear baseline goals, clinical recommendations, and treatment pathways focused on autonomy and forward momentum.
  • Specialized Screening: Evaluate psychological factors related to chronic pain, medication adherence, health changes, and retirement transitions.
  • Rapport Building: Create a welcoming, empathetic, and respectful environment that puts older adults and their families at ease.

Schedule

  • Part-time contractor hours: 10–25 hours. We work around your schedule!
  • Fully remote—work from the comfort of your home office while serving the state of Texas
