Riverside Medical Center is seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Inpatient Child Psychiatry Physician to help improve patient access for an already established, yet rapidly growing practice. Riverside is located 1 hour south of Chicago and is the leader in care in Kankakee County.

What You Can Expect:

• $300,000+ guaranteed base salary based on experience
• Commencement bonus
• Year 2, 3 and 4 retention bonus
• Average of 19 patients per day
• Shared call schedule
• Epic EHR + AI Scribe (DAX)

Outpatient Practice:

• Health System employed
• Team includes seven providers. This team provides comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, various forms of psychotherapy, reassessments, medication management, and coordinates care with primary care physicians
• Practice in our newly renovated in-patient unit (complete in 2027)
