Responsibilities

What youll do:

  • Quote, present, and close personal lines insurance policies
  • Follow up quickly and consistently on assigned warm leads
  • Build rapport, identify customer needs, and recommend solutions
  • Cross-sell auto, home, umbrella, and other personal lines products
  • Track pipeline activity, follow-up, and notes in the CRM
  • Work toward weekly and monthly production goals

Requirements

What were looking for:

  • An active New York Property & Casualty license required
  • Competitive, goal-oriented, and coachable
  • Strong communication and phone skills
  • Organized and consistent with follow-up
  • Adaptable and comfortable learning new technology
  • Prior Allstate or captive agency experience is a plus
  • Spanish/English bilingual is a plus
