Short Description:
Quality Assurance Analyst - 2 positions

Complete Description:
Act as technical expert and information resource concerning assigned areas.
Perform and lead tests to ensure that all IT systems, products and services meet minimum standards and requirements.
Work closely with the applications development team during software development to include areas of application development, operation and technical support and security.
Lead and administer change control processes to ensure zero defect software development.
Create complex test data for applications.
Document testing data, findings and reports.
Provide requested weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports and regularly updates assigned manager.
Perform complex workflow analysis and recommends quality improvements.
Recommend new and improved QA practices and procedures.
Prepare QA documents, manuals, training curriculum and training sessions.
Provide resources for agency technical writers.
Perform related duties, as assigned.


Skill Required / Desired Amount of Experience
QA testing experience Required 5 Years
Experience writing test scenarios and test cases in DevOps Required 5 Years
Experience executing test cases manually Required 5 Years
Experience reporting bugs in DevOps Required 5 Years
Good verbal and written communication skills Required
Scripting test cases in UFT One or similar tool Desired 3 Years
Executing test cases with automation tools like UFT One Desired 3 Years
Familiarity with Systems Development Life Cycle Desired 3 Years
Familiarity of Salesforce platform Desired 3 Years
