A growing home care agency in Brooklyn is looking to hire an experienced In-House Recruiter to join their team full-time. The ideal candidate will have prior recruiting experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
Source and recruit candidates for open positions
Conduct phone screens and interviews
Coordinate interviews with management
Manage candidate pipeline and recruiting process
Post jobs and utilize recruiting platforms effectively
Maintain strong communication with candidates and hiring managers
Qualifications:
Prior recruiting experience required
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated and professional
Home care or healthcare recruiting experience is a plus
Full-Time | In-Office
Salary: $75K$95K DOE
