A growing company healthcare company is looking for a full-time in-house recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting for technical roles, as well as a strong understanding of the hiring process.

Responsibilities Include:

• Market open positions 
• Source and screen candidates for open positions
• Conduct phone interviews and in-person interviews
• Negotiate offers and close candidates
• Track and report on the hiring process

Ideal Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
