POSITION OVERVIEW MASA

is seeking a highly qualified and experienced attorney to serve as In-House Legal Counsel, providing confidential legal advice and contract negotiation support to MASA' individual superintendent and administrator members. This position focuses on employment law, labor law, and superintendent/administrator contracts in the education arena. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Michigan's public education system, school district operations, and the complex legal issues facing superintendents and school administrators. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with educational leaders across Michigan, providing trusted legal guidance, practical solutions, and proactive support that protects the professional interests of MASA's members.
