Responsibilities
- Recruit, interview, and place qualified candidates
- Build and maintain relationships with local businesses and clients
- Develop new business through sales and networking
- Answer multi-line phones and assist walk-in applicants
- Complete new hire onboarding and employment paperwork
- Match applicants with job opportunities
- Maintain accurate computer records and documentation
- Provide outstanding customer service to clients and associates
- Perform general office and administrative duties
Qualifications
- Sales experience or a sales-oriented mindset is required
- Outgoing, bubbly personality with excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including typing and data entry
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Previous staffing, recruiting, or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
