Immediate opening Drafting Engineer for a custom architectural/ornamental/misc metals fabricator to join our team
Architectural designed based and design build projects.
Job Duties & Activities:
- Prepare submittal documents and shop drawings
- Responsible for document plotting, document transmittal & distribution
- Revise & resubmit documents as required
- Track submittal progress & project document control
- Prepare shop manufacturing drawings & documentation
- Support shop requests for project related information and procedures
- Experience with sheet metal & structural steel fabrication, fasteners, welding, glazing and general commercial construction methods.
- A working background with AutoCAD is preferred
Salary to be per experience/qualifications.
