AMP, LLC is looking for a compassionate and dedicated In-Home Supportive Care Companion to join their team in Monroe, WI. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
• Offer companionship and emotional support to clients in a home care setting
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
• Help clients with mobility, transfers, and safe ambulation as needed
• Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and community activities
• Monitor and report changes in client health or behavior to supervisors
• Maintain accurate care logs and documentation of daily activities

Requirements:

• Previous experience in supportive In-Home care, caregiving, or a related healthcare support role preferred
• Genuine compassion, patience, and a client-centered approach to care
• Ability to pass a background check and meet state caregiving requirements
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a home setting
• CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
• CNA, not required but encouraged to apply
