As we continue to grow, we are seeking a motivated and professional Luxury In-Home Sales Representative to join our team and help homeowners bring their dream bathrooms to life.

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will be the trusted advisor for homeowners, meeting with pre-qualified customers to understand their needs and present customized luxury bath remodeling solutions.

This is an outside sales opportunity where you will use advanced technology, including our iPad-based design system, to create personalized presentations, provide expert recommendations, and guide customers through their remodeling decisions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct professional in-home consultations with qualified homeowners.
• Use our proprietary iPad-based sales system to design and present luxury bath solutions.
• Create customized bathroom concepts using easy-to-use design software.
• Educate customers on premium products, features, and benefits.
• Present pricing and confidently close sales.
• Participate in weekly sales training and ongoing professional development.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from consultation through purchase.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Previous in-home sales experience strongly preferred.
• Experience in luxury sales, home improvement, or remodeling is a plus.
• Professional appearance and confident public speaking abilities.
• Reliable transportation and availability to serve customers throughout Central Pennsylvania.
• Highly motivated, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented.
• Ability to thrive in a performance-driven sales environment.
• Outgoing personality with a passion for helping homeowners improve their living spaces.
