About the RoleAs an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners, understand their remodeling goals, present customized bath solutions, and guide customers through the buying process.This is a high-impact sales opportunity for a confident communicator who enjoys building relationships, presenting solutions, and closing deals.

Responsibilities- Conduct professional in-home consultations with qualified homeowners.
- Use our iPad-based sales system to create customized bath designs.
- Present remodeling solutions that meet customer needs and budgets.
- Provide accurate pricing and close sales.
- Maintain customer information and follow up through company systems.
- Participate in weekly sales training to improve performance.
Qualifications- Strong communication, presentation, and closing skills.
- Previous in-home sales or home improvement experience preferred.
- Remodeling, roofing, windows, siding, kitchen, flooring, or other high-ticket sales experience is a plus.
- Confident, motivated, and goal-oriented.
- Professional appearance and outstanding customer service skills.
- Reliable transportation and the ability to travel throughout Nassau County, Suffolk County, Queens, and Brooklyn.
