Pay & Compensation 

• Base Salary + Commission Structure
• Estimated Total Compensation: $80,000 – $100,000+ annually
• Uncapped commission potential

Note: Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary plus performance-based commissions.

About the Role

As an In-Home Sales Representative, you will meet with pre-qualified homeowners and present customized bath remodeling solutions. This is an outside sales role that leverages technology to design and deliver high-quality proposals directly in customers’ homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home presentations using an iPad-based sales system
• Design personalized bath solutions using company software
• Provide accurate pricing and close sales consistently
• Participate in ongoing weekly sales training

Qualifications

• Required: Previous in-home or outside sales experience
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Experience in home remodeling or home improvement sales is a plus
• Comfortable presenting and closing in a customer-facing environment
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and performance-driven
• Reliable transportation and local residency required
