You are a seasoned home services or roofing salesperson. You want to earn at a high level within a proven system, and you have the discipline to execute it. You want to be a big fish in a small pond instead of just one of 100 sales reps. You expect your skillset to be known and respected.

What You’ll Do
  • Run appointments. Present solutions. Close deals.
  • Meet with homeowners at pre-qualified, company-provided appointments
  • Conduct roof assessments and present clear, confident solutions
  • Guide customers through financing and close contracts
  • Manage your pipeline and follow up to maximize conversions

  • 5-10 appointments per week
  • 25–35% close rate

What We're Looking For
  • Proven track record in consultative or in-home sales — roofing, home services, or big-ticket sales experience preferred
  • Comfortable both running pre-set appointments and generating your own opportunities through canvassing
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working entirely on commission
  • Exceptional communicator — professional, trustworthy, and persuasive
  • Comfortable presenting financing options and guiding homeowners through financial decisions
  • Smartphone and CRM proficient — you will use digital tools every day
  • Valid Michigan driver's license with clean driving record
  • Licensed as a Michigan Residential Builder Salesperson, or committed to obtaining licensure — we pay for your license and support you through entire licensing process
  • High school diploma or equivalent
