Schedule
Work hours vary based on customer needs, presentation times, and seasonal demand.
Typical hours: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-5:30 PM
Evening and weekend availability required as needed
Key Responsibilities
Meet with customers in their homes to evaluate HVAC replacement needs
Professionally recommend heating and cooling solutions tailored to customer needs
Educate customers on HVAC equipment and indoor air quality products
Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and internal team members
Follow up with customers through the sales and installation process
Sell residential HVAC replacements and annual maintenance plans
Schedule and manage sales appointments
Build long‑term, successful client relationships
Qualifications & Skills
Valid driver's license with insurable driving record
2+ years of consultative sales experience
In‑home sales experience preferred
Strong customer service and follow‑up skills
Comfortable working directly with homeowners in their residences
Tech‑savvy; able to use company‑provided devices
Goal‑oriented with a strong desire to succeed
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to access attics, crawlspaces, and equipment locations
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
