Job Title: In-Home Clinician (LSW, LCSW, LAC, LPC) – Make a Difference!


Location: Work from the comfort of your clients' homes! Flexible hours after school and on weekends. Create your own schedule. We provided services in Bergen, Hudson, Passaic, and Essex counties.


Position Type: 10+ hours/week (flexible scheduling) – 2 clients per day, with each session lasting 2 hours. Want to work more? Weekends are available!


Salary: $80 – $100 per hour

Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide personalized in-home therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques like CBT, DBT, ACT, and more.
  • Create a positive therapeutic environment, helping clients heal and develop coping strategies for life’s challenges.
  • Maintain detailed, confidential records while following ethical guidelines.
  • Regularly connect with our team for case consultations, support, and professional development.
  • Lead crisis interventions and collaborate on creating effective treatment plans.
  • Engage in ongoing training to stay at the forefront of therapeutic practices and trends.
What We’re Looking For:


Required Qualifications:


  • Master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
  • Active NJ License (LMSW, LSW, LAC, LCSW, LPC).
  • Excellent communication skills, with a focus on empathy and clarity in client interactions.
  • Ability to incorporate technology into your practice thoughtfully and ethically.
  • Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients’ mental health and well-being.
Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience working with diverse mental health challenges, including anxiety, trauma, depression, stress, and more.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to independently manage your schedule.
  • Responsive and easily accessible through text, call, and email.
