About the Role:
Just Between Seniors LLC is looking for compassionate and dedicated In-Home Caregivers to join their team in Spring, TX! This is a meaningful opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors by providing personalized, one-on-one care in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care assistance including bathing, grooming, dressing, and hygiene support
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding as needed
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients and their families
- Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe home environment
- Assist with medication reminders and monitoring client health conditions
- Provide transportation and accompaniment to appointments and errands
- Document and report changes in client condition or behavior to supervisors
Requirements:
- Previous caregiving, home health aide, or CNA experience preferred
- Genuine compassion and patience when working with elderly clients
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Strong communication skills and a dependable, trustworthy demeanor
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
