- If you do not have your Home Care Aide (HCA) or Certified Nursing Assistant license, we will provide you with the training to become a licensed HCA!
Position Overview:
- Build meaningful connections through conversation and companionship
- Provide hands-on personal care with respect and compassion
- Support safe movement, mobility, and simple exercises
- Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment
- Prepare nourishing meals and encourage hydration
- Offer medication reminders and observe changes in condition
- Assist with errands, appointments, and staying engaged in the community
