As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide personal care and daily support to our clients while helping them remain safe, comfortable, and as independent as possible in the comfort of their own homes.

Your Role

As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide compassionate and dependable support based on each client's individual needs and care plan. Your responsibilities may include:

• Personal Care Assistance - Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and other activities of daily living.
• Meal Preparation & Medication Reminders - Prepare meals, assist with feeding when needed, and provide medication according to the client's care plan.
• Companionship & Engagement - Provide meaningful companionship, conversation, and engaging activities.
• Behavioral Support - Provide patient, respectful guidance, and reassurance when needed.
• Safety & Comfort - Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment for our clients.
• Light Housekeeping - Assist with maintaining a clean and organized living environment.

Requirements

• Prior caregiving experience is a plus.
• Active California Home Care Aide (HCA) registration or willingness to obtain
• Current TB test result or chest X-ray, as required by applicable regulations
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and active auto insurance
