Do you enjoy helping others, building relationships, and doing work that actually matters?

At Home Instead, we support aging adults who want to remain independent and comfortable in their own homes. We’re currently hiring compassionate, dependable Care Professionals to join our growing Thunder Basin team.

Whether you’re looking for full-time, part-time, daytime, evening, or weekend shifts, we’ll work with you to find a schedule that fits your life — not the other way around.

Why You’ll Love Working With Us

Let’s be real — caregiving is meaningful work, and we believe it should be supported well.

    • Flexible scheduling based on client needs

    • Paid training — no experience required
(CNA/CMA a plus, but absolutely not required)

    • Paid Time Off (PTO)

    • Vision & dental insurance options

    • Retirement savings options

    • Ongoing training, coaching, and support

    • A workplace that values people over tasks

What You’ll Do as a Care Professional

This is a non-medical, in-home caregiving position that requires both compassion and physical ability. Responsibilities may include:

    • Companionship and meaningful conversation
    • Personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
    • Assisting clients with transfers using gait belts, Hoyer lifts, sit-to-stand lifts, and other transfer devices
    • Providing care for bed-bound and high-acuity clients, including repositioning and in-bed personal care
    • Bending, kneeling, twisting, stooping, and standing for extended periods while assisting clients
    • Light housekeeping and meal preparation
    • Transportation to appointments and errands
    • Medication reminders

Most importantly, you’ll provide dignity, comfort, and peace of mind — to aging adults and their families — every single day.
