Compensation and Benefits for a Home Health Aide: - Competitive Pay- $18-22/hour depending on the type of client and work setting

Requirements of a Caregiver: - Valid Driver’s License
- Proof of Car Insurance
- Pass Background Check
- Ability to be reliable and dependable
- Desire to care for older adults, keeping them safe and independent in their homes
Responsibilities of a Caregiver: - Homemaking tasks such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, shopping, companionship, engaging activities as appropriate
- Provide personal cares- showers, dressing, assisted walking, transfers
- Assist with feeding, medication reminders, meal planning
- Provide delegated nursing tasks trained by our RNs
- Follow agency policies, procedures, and protocols
- Provide respite care
- Provide transportation as needed
