Part- Time: Flexible Scheduling(Saturdays and Sundays) 8-10 hours

Pay Rate: $80-90 per hour

POSITION OVERVIEW

Dragonfly Cares is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide individualized in-home services for children with autism and developmental disabilities. This role is ideal for a BCBA who is passionate about supporting diverse families and helping ensure accessible, high-quality care within the home and community.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Provide program supervision
  • Conduct Assessments and develop Individualized ABA treatment Plans
  • Conduct Family Treatment sessions, equipping families with strategies to support their child's development.
  • Monitor and document client progress, adjusting interventions as needed for optimal results.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and clinical directors to ensure comprehensive support.
  • Maintain detailed records, including progress reports and intervention outcomes.
  • Stay informed on the ethical standard and latest advancements in ABA practices.
Requirements
  • Master's Degree in ABA, or related field
  • Board Certified Behavior Analyst/LBA required or in process
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities in home setting
  • Demonstrated knowledge of behavior intervention strategies and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and also in a collaborative environment
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE (BONUS POINTS)

  • Experience delivering Parent Counseling and Training (PCT) sessions
  • Experience implementing in-home Behavior Intervention Services (BIS)
  • Experience with IEP development and CPSE/CSE processes in New York State
  • Fluency in additional languages beyond English and Spanish
