What you’ll do

• Pinpoint faults and repair residential appliances—refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, and microwaves.
• Apply electrical and mechanical diagnostic methods to isolate issues and implement fixes.
• Communicate clearly with customers: outline problems, solutions, and preventive care tips.
• Oversee parts and truck stock, maintain your assigned service vehicle, and complete accurate work records.
• Recommend maintenance and repair options that extend equipment life.
