This position offers stable, consistent daytime hours (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM). We are looking for professional individuals who can provide a safe, nurturing environment and assist our client with daily routines to enhance their quality of life.Key ResponsibilitiesPersonal Care: Assist with daily activities of living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene.Meal Preparation: Cook and serve nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day according to the client's dietary needs.Medication Reminders: Ensure the client takes their prescribed medications accurately and on schedule.Light Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe home environment (including light cleaning, laundry, and dishes).Companionship: Provide engaging conversation, emotional support, and mental stimulation.Requirements & QualificationsExperience: Previous experience as a Caregiver, Personal Care Aide (PCA), or Home Health Aide is preferred.Compliance: Must be at least 18 years of age, have a Current TB Test, and valid CPR/First Aid certification.Transportation: Valid Driver’s License, a reliable personal vehicle, and current Auto Insurance are mandatory to ensure timely arrival for shifts.Attributes: Punctual, trustworthy, patient, and detail-oriented.
