Join our compassionate team as an In-home Aide / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) and make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals requiring personalized care. Responsibilities
- Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
- Monitor and report changes in clients' conditions.
- Provide companionship and ensure clients' comfort and safety.
- Follow each client's individualized care plan.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.
Qualifications
- Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or equivalent licensure required.
- Proven experience working with geriatric patients or individuals with disabilities in home healthcare or long-term care settings.
- Ability to assist with ADLs efficiently while demonstrating empathy and patience.
- Knowledge of home health care assistance regulations and best practices for client safety and confidentiality.
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting when necessary and use patient transfer methods safely.
- Has a valid Driver's License and reliable transportation
- Hoyer Lift experience is preferred
Schedule: Monday - Friday
Mon / Wed / Fri: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM (3 hrs/day)
Tue / Thu: 5:00 PM – 9:00 PM (4 hrs/day)
