- 8 am - 4 pm with call -- 7 day coverage with 1 week on/1 week off
- 10 patient encounters per shift -- 4 - 5 admissions
- 2 - 3 phone consults during shift
- Both inpatient and rounding required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
