The Improvement Advisor works closely with internal and external customers including but not limited to hospital administration, department directors and managers, members of the medical staff, and other healthcare providers, as well as outside vendors. The Improvement Advisor serve as improvement team facilitators using skills and tools to drive change and assist in sustaining improvement through appropriate data collection and analysis.
