IMPORT MATERIAL COORDINATOR

In our Import Material Coordinator job you’ll be responsible for:
Managing global import materials and finished goods end-to-end, from overseas planning through final customs clearance and delivery.
Proactively monitoring and mitigating global inventory risks, international shipment delays, customs holds, and supply chain bottlenecks.
Utilizing advanced SAP modules (MRP, purchasing, inventory management) to streamline global material workflows.
Partnering cross-functionally with international suppliers, customs brokers, ocean/air freight forwarders, customer service, and internal stakeholders.
Driving global process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
What you’ll need:
Proven experience in global imports, international logistics, customs compliance, and supply chain operations.
Advanced SAP experience in planning, purchasing, or MRP environments.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication skills.
