Responsibilities of the Import/Export Documentation Specialist:
- Prepare and process import/export documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, certificates of origin, etc.)
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and customs requirements
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, and internal teams to ensure timely shipments
- Track shipments and resolve any documentation or customs issues
- Maintain accurate records and support audits as needed
Preferred Qualifications for the Import/Export Documentation Specialist:
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and compliance
- Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers
