Responsibilities:
Coordinate import shipments with internal teams, customers, and vendors
Provide required documentation to customs brokers for timely clearance
Review and validate freight charges and resolve discrepancies
Track shipments and communicate updates or additional costs
Ensure accuracy and compliance of all import documentation
Coordinate container movement and bookings with carriers
Maintain accurate records in internal systems
Manage shared inbox communications and follow up as needed
Qualifications:
Experience in imports and logistics coordination
Strong customer service and communication skills
Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving abilities
Organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP systems
Able to work independently and in a team environment
Job Details:
Schedule: Onsite, Monday through Friday, 8am-5pm
Employment Type: Contract to hire
Compensation: $20-24/hr.
