Schedule: Rotating Weekend and Holidays Required
Job Type: Full-Time, Non-Exempt
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES include but are not limited to the following:
- Run and process client files in the production environment accurately and within established processing timelines.
- Review and evaluate incoming files for completeness, accuracy, and processing readiness.
- Troubleshoot file errors, warnings, rejected records, and other processing exceptions and determine the appropriate resolution.
- Communicate with internal departments regarding file issues, processing requirements, new formats, and timelines.
- Ensure import files are processed in a timely manner to meet all established Service Level Agreement (SLA) requirements.
- Document and maintain import instructions, processing procedures, and other departmental documentation.
- Provide support and cross-train on departmental staff duties as needed.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot electronic file and data processing issues.
- High technical aptitude, including proficiency with Excel, Word, and other computer processes/programs.
- Ability to learn and work with proprietary systems, file formats, and data-processing applications.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven production environment.
- Ability to work independently while also functioning effectively as part of a team.
- Willingness and ability to work a rotating schedule that includes weekends and company holidays.
EDUCATION
- Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
