Job Description

As an Implementation Support Team Specialist at ASM, you will be integral to the success of our enterprise software implementation projects for high-profile healthcare clients. Your primary responsibility is to support Implementation Managers in delivering seamless and efficient software deployments. This role involves gathering client requirements, developing training materials, and providing direct support to ensure that our solutions are effectively integrated into the client’s environment. You will collaborate closely with both clients and internal teams, playing a crucial role in achieving our common goal of client satisfaction and successful project completion.

• Establish and maintain strong, positive relationships with clients to ensure high levels of service quality and client satisfaction.
• Assist in managing multiple high-level projects simultaneously, tracking all requirements from initiation to completion, and ensuring that project milestones are met.
• Develop comprehensive work plans, training materials, and documentation using web-based solutions. Provide web-based training sessions tailored to each client's specific needs, covering product functionality, workflow recommendations, and system setup.
• Collaborate with Implementation Managers to define project goals, establish benchmarks, and regularly assess implementation progress.
• Provide ongoing technical support to clients during the implementation phase, addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a smooth transition to ASM’s software solutions.

• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and project objectives are achieved.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to deliver clear and effective training sessions tailored to individual client needs.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Pro, and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software tools.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
• Understanding of relational databases, particularly in the context of data migration and software integration.
• Previous experience working in the healthcare industry, especially in roles involving software implementation or technical support.
• A strong technical background that includes familiarity with software systems, data analytics, and IT infrastructure.

• Associate’s degree or Higher
• PMP and RHIA certifications are desirable but not mandatory.
