Implementation Supervisor II
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Payrate: 45.00-55.00/hr
Travel: Domestic travel required; additional travel may be required based on project needs.
1+ year contract
We are seeking an experienced Implementation Supervisor II to support mid- to large-scale migration and implementation projects. This role will coordinate multiple workstreams, work with cross-functional teams, and help ensure successful customer implementations from planning through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage multiple implementation projects and workstreams simultaneously
• Develop deployment plans and implementation schedules
• Coordinate implementation phases across cross-functional teams
• Lead project status meetings and follow up on action items
• Partner closely with the Program Manager
• Manage client communications and weekly status reporting
• Support user acceptance training and implementation activities
• Track project progress and success using project management tools
• Review project outcomes, lessons learned, and post-implementation audits
• Attend daily status meetings via Zoom
Minimum Requirements:
• Strong knowledge of project management practices
• Experience managing multiple projects or workstreams simultaneously
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional project activities
• Strong communication, organization, and project-tracking abilities
