The Implementation Supervisor II supports mid- to large-scale projects involving single- and multi-site implementations with multiple products and services.
This position analyzes customer solutions and migrations and actively participates in successful implementations while meeting customer and business requirements. The role is involved in developing implementation models for each project, including deployment planning, scheduling implementation phases, communication, user acceptance training, project management, reporting, and documentation.
The Implementation Supervisor II manages cross-functional implementation teams and provides ongoing analysis of project plans, templates, outcomes, lessons learned, post-implementation audits, client communications, and weekly reporting.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport mid- to large-scale, single- and multi-site implementation projects.
Analyze customer solutions, requirements, and migration plans.
Develop and manage implementation plans, schedules, and deployment strategies.
Coordinate implementation phases and project deliverables.
Manage cross-functional implementation teams and workstreams.
Conduct user acceptance training and support implementation activities.
Monitor project progress, outcomes, risks, and action items.
Prepare and maintain weekly project status reports.
Review project lessons learned and post-implementation results.
Conduct post-implementation audits and identify opportunities for improvement.
Maintain effective communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
Conduct project status meetings and follow up on action items.
Work closely with the Program Manager to ensure successful project execution.
Attend daily status meetings using Zoom.
Use project management tools to track project progress, milestones, and overall success.
Travel to domestic locations to support account migrations; international travel may be required depending on project needs.
Proficient knowledge of project management practices and methodologies.
Experience managing multiple projects and/or workstreams simultaneously.
Strong organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage competing priorities and project deadlines.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Willingness and ability to travel as required.
