NetSuite Implementation Specialist
NetSuite Implementation Specialist
Seeking a highly skilled NetSuite Implementation Specialist to lead a complex global ERP rollout in a multi-entity environment. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for a hands-on professional who thrives in fast-paced implementations, works directly with finance teams, and can drive projects to successful completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and deploy NetSuite across multiple global entities
- Partner with accounting and finance teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Review existing system design and optimize configurations
- Support inventory, procurement, and financial management processes
- Validate project deliverables and ensure successful go-live execution
- Provide recommendations for long-term NetSuite administration and support
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a NetSuite Implementation Specialist
- Hands-on implementation of NetSuite ERP in a multinational organization
- Experience with Financial Management, Procurement, and Inventory Management modules
- Background supporting multi-entity, high-user-count environments (500+ users)
- Strong understanding of accounting and finance processes
- Experience integrating NetSuite with third-party or custom applications
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- NetSuite certifications
- Experience with Warehouse Management, Order Management, or Supply Chain Management modules
- Boomi integration experience
- Manufacturing or distribution industry experience
- Accounting accreditation or formal accounting background
