Implementation Services Manager
Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid) or Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
At LogicGate, we recognize that exceptional talent comes in all shapes and forms, and that there is no such thing as a 'perfect' candidate. The qualifications below represent the core competencies, skills, and experiences that align most closely with the day-to-day responsibilities of this role - if you don't check every single box and are excited about this work, we still highly encourage you to apply.
About the Role
Implementation Services Managers at LogicGate own the customer onboarding experience from kickoff through rollout-managing the full project lifecycle while providing the GRC and platform expertise that helps customers realize value quickly. You'll work with mid-market and enterprise customers across Financial Services, Healthcare, and other verticals, acting as their trusted advisor through a complex implementation process. The work requires both the project management discipline to run multiple concurrent engagements and the platform depth to consult on configuration decisions in real time.
What You'll Do
End-to-End Onboarding Ownership: Own new customer onboardings and follow-on implementations for assigned accounts from kickoff through rollout, ensuring a seamless journey across all technical configuration and user training milestones.
Project & Timeline Discipline: Serve as a dedicated project manager for multiple concurrent implementations-tracking milestones, delegating tasks and driving accountability across customer and internal project teams, and proactively identifying risks to execute "get well" strategies.
Process Architecture & Documentation: Lead discovery sessions to gather and document client-specific business requirements, mapping out logical workflow designs that align with long-term platform adoption best practices.
Strategic Advisory: Consult with mid-market and enterprise customers to design tailored implementation strategies grounded in their GRC program maturity, intentionally identifying opportunities for "quick wins" to accelerate time-to-value.
Advanced Platform Configuration: Hands-on configure Risk Cloud applications to satisfy highly customized enterprise use cases, adapting out-of-the-box system templates at an advanced level of complexity.
Financial & Resource Stewardship: Effectively manage and accurately track project delivery time and utilization data, ensuring alignment with professional services schedules and company revenue recognition objectives.
Relationship Management: Build robust, trust-based relationships across all customer organizational tiers, establishing strong executive presence and serving as their go-to advisor as their risk management needs expand.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with Sales, Solution Engineering, Customer Success, and Product teams to eliminate friction during customer handoffs and share platform feedback internally.
AI-Driven Value Realization & Workflow Optimization: Actively consult with customers on how to safely leverage and maximize Risk Cloud's built-in AI capabilities to accelerate their risk assessments and automate manual compliance evidence collection. Demonstrate a forward-thinking mindset by integrating modern AI tools and automated workflows into daily project management practices to optimize implementation delivery and asset creation.
