Implementation Manager (Remote - United States)

As an Implementation Manager, you will work closely with the VP of Implementation to support multiple lines of business and manage projects for assigned Broadspire jumbo accounts. In this role, you'll coordinate implementation activities, oversee project timelines, ensure seamless client onboarding, and drive successful outcomes while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5-7 years' experience in worker's compensation claims administration, managed care or health care environment, with significant time spent performing project management and managing others.
  • Understanding of worker's compensation industry and disability management programs is preferred. Complete understanding of worker's compensation claim management is mandatory. Strong knowledge of insured and self-insured disability programs necessary. Large scale project management experience required. Knowledge of Broadspire product lines preferred. Excellent negotiation, presentation, decision making, follow through and leadership talents a must. Must demonstrate proficiency in directing others in the following disciplines:

  • Banking and Financial
  • Systems, including testing
  • Telephony

  • Acts as a consultant and central coordination contact for assigned clients, Broadspire entities, and outside consultant/vendors during the pre event, at event and post event phases of implementation projects.
  • Coordinates the efforts of the project teams to deliver results within expected time frames by setting and enforcing project philosophies, encouraging and recognizing teamwork, and creatively and positively addressing cultural challenges. Empowers team members to identify and implement business solutions.
  • Assists in the development and coordination of customized integrated process flows with assigned clients, acting as a liaison internally and externally to communicate process enhancements.
  • Identifies project tasks, in order to develop project plan and assign proper delegation. Coordinates and monitors team members to ensure timely completion of delegated tasks reporting said progress to the VP of Casualty Account Management on a daily basis.
  • Assists in the successful implementation process for assigned accounts. Monitors and evaluates effectiveness of implementation and develops strategies for continuous quality improvement.
  • Coordinates the work activities of team members on the project team.
  • Develops, coordinates and assists with client training needs. Completes related projects as necessary to enhance program implementations.
  • Performs other related duties as required.
