Job Responsibilities

Job Description:

The EHR Implementation manager/Trainer main role is to successfully carry out the full
implementation lifecycle of a behavioral health EHR system, including planning, clinical workflow design and training. 

Responsibilities:

Effectively design and carry out implementation plans for client practices/agencies.
Actively engage in end user interaction, workflow analysis, design, build, training and on-site support to implement the EHR functionality and client's business process and compliance standards. 
Work with the engineering team as well as end users and representatives from all areas of the clinic in coordinating the implementation efforts specific to their customization needs.
Elicit client's objectives for implementing an EHR and evaluate process redesign that will help the organization maximize the benefits of the implementation.
Conduct clinic-specific clinical workflow analysis and document.
Develops EHR training plan and delivers EHR training to clinic staff, following the specified training standards. 
Functions as primary liaison between the clinic and support departments/teams. 
Provides regular status reports to key Program Manager and end users. 
Provides go live support. 
Promotes system security and patient confidentiality and helps ensure compliance.
Collaborate with client teams to evaluate or diagnose problems, prioritize issues and resolutions in a timely manner and provide recommendations for areas of improvement
Mange communication between client staff and the DrCloudEMR team. 
Support sales team and helping them exceed their goals
Effectively demonstrate the capabilities of EHR software to potential clients.
Requirements:

In-depth experience and understanding of clinical workflow related to Behavioral Health specialty.
Previous EHR training and implementation experience.
Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
Communication skills on technical information with all levels of management and end users.
Experience in analyzing EHR templates, documents, and work flow analysis.
Strong organization, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
Understanding medical billing and coding requirements.
Knowledge of ARRA guidelines and Meaningful Use objectives.
Project Management skills with the ability to effectively present information to clinical and business leaders.
Willing to travel.
