Overview

Join Alera Group's Transformation Office and lead the successful migration of our Employee Benefits offices to a standardized enterprise platform centered on Vertafore BenefitPoint. As the Employee Benefits Implementation Lead - BenefitPoint, you'll own implementation waves from planning through go-live and stabilization, bringing together data migration, training, change, technology, and local office teams to keep each transition moving successfully.

We're looking for an implementation leader who understands Employee Benefits operations and can turn a complex, multi-office transformation into a well-coordinated experience for the teams going through it.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead implementation planning and execution.
• Coordinate cross-functional project teams.
• Manage timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Support office readiness and user adoption.
• Lead post-go-live stabilization activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

Required

• 5+ years leading enterprise system implementations, business transformation initiatives, or complex technology projects
• Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and large-scale implementations
• Strong project management experience, including timelines, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder management
• Excellent leadership, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to influence stakeholders across business and technical teams
• Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced transformation environment

Preferred

• Employee Benefits insurance industry experience
• Experience leading Agency Management System implementations or enterprise platform migrations
• Experience with Vertafore BenefitPoint or other Agency Management Systems (Applied Epic, Zywave/BKB, Gen4, Dynamics, TAM, etc.)
• Experience with data migration, system conversions, post-go-live stabilization, and organizational change management

Compensation

• Salary: $100,000-$150,000 annually
• Bonus Eligibility:Yes
