Description

The Implementation Consultant is an impactful, client-facing role responsible for the successful delivery of Tyler's Enterprise Justice software solutions. This position partners with court and justice agencies to guide them through the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from requirements discovery and system configuration through data conversion, training, and go-live.

The Consultant acts as a trusted advisor, aligning client business processes with Enterprise Justice product capabilities while ensuring implementations are delivered within scope, timeline, and contractual commitments. Success in this role requires a committment to curiosity, strong consulting skills, technical aptitude, and collaborative engagement across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities - What you'll do

  • Lead and support implementations of Enterprise Justice software solutions throughout the full project lifecycle.
  • Analyze client business processes and workflows; translate requirements into configured Enterprise Justice solutions.
  • Deliver product demonstrations, solution consulting, and implementation guidance aligned with best practices.
  • Educate clients on in-scope functionality, including configuration, security roles, system administration, and data entry.
  • Guide clients through data mapping and legacy data conversion; support data validation and issue resolution.
  • Identify risks, scope concerns, and delivery challenges; communicate proactively and assist in mitigation planning.
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams, translating technical information into clear business context.
  • Develop and maintain client-facing and internal documentation, including process guides and training materials.
  • Design and deliver tailored training programs; may provide end-user training.
  • Provide feedback to Product teams, including participation in testing and evaluation of Enterprise Justice features.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, time reporting, and client records.
  • Travel to client sites as needed, including support for go-live milestones.

Education & Experience - What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3+ years of enterprise software implementation experience; SaaS experience preferred.
  • Prior experience as an Associate Implementation Consultant or equivalent role strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience with business process analysis and solution implementation.
  • Strong presentation, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in team-based environments.
  • Experience with public sector or justice-related software is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel up to an average of 50% over the life of a project.
  • Valid driver's license.
