Position Objective:

The Implementation Consultant is responsible for implementing and driving the organization's energy conservation program and works to establish client relationships, accountability for energy consumption and overall energy program success.

Summary:

Primary duties include identifying savings opportunities, working with the client organization's personnel executing implementation strategies, and ensuring overall program accountability and positive results. The Implementation Consultant will implement start-up strategies, train and support new energy specialists and support Client Managers, Technical Leads and Measurement and Verification Leads.

• Identify energy consumption, analyze data and make recommendations to client leadership regarding consumption and general energy conservation measures.
• Benchmark historical and current client operational strategies and opportunities.
• Utilize the latest in technology relating to energy consumption, utility usage and BAS data.
• Onboard and assist in training a Cenergistic Energy Specialist.
• Perform facility audits and report results to client and Cenergistic staff.
• Cultivate and maintain open communications with client leadership and general operations staff.
• Promptly communicate comfort concerns to client staff.
• Complete timely visit reports detailing your time in client organizations.
• Regularly report status of implementation objectives in workflow management tool.
• Represent Cenergistic in the highest professional manner to the client organization.
• Support Client Manager and other consultants in the implementation of the Client's energy program.

Qualifications:

• Seasoned Cenergistic Energy Specialist that demonstrates consistent outstanding performance
• Demonstrate analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills
• Must possess above average written and verbal communication skills
• Able to affect positive behavioral changes, coachable, driven, and the ability to exercise sound judgment
• Demonstrate ability to organize, prioritize and manage multiple tasks in concurrent projects
• Must possess above average experience with technology and personal computer operations including Microsoft Office products with a strong emphasis in Excel, smartphone applications and handheld tablets
• Must commit to irregular work schedule
• Operates in all phases of an energy program, learning quickly and adapt to new environments
• Knowledgeable in HVAC equipment and able to troubleshoot mechanical equipment issues, BAS and moisture management
• Strong in data analytics and able to resolve anomalies with utility bills and interval data using Cenergistic data management tools

Work Environment:

This position requires full-time travel. While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally works in outside weather conditions, near moving mechanical parts, in high, precarious places, and is occasionally exposed to wet or humid conditions or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in the office and moderate to loud in the field.
