What you'll do…
Serve as a liaison between clients, vendors, and internal COCC resourcesSupport client requests, product changes, and implementation activitiesManage and resolve day-to-day support casesConduct client meetings and manage follow-up activitiesGather information, troubleshoot issues, and provide solutions for routine client concernsProvide regular status updates and communicate progress to clientsManage and track multiple projects simultaneouslyPerform testing to validate product functionality prior to implementationCollaborate with internal teams to ensure deadlines and project objectives are metSupport successful product deployments and client onboarding activities
What you'll bring…

Salary Range is $57-$77,200 per year. This role is hybrid onsite in Southington, CT
