Our Client, an IT Services and Consultant company, is looking for an Implementation Analyst - Banking & Payments for their Remote location.
Responsibilities:
- Client-facing role requiring strong communication, requirements gathering, and independent solutioning ability
- Own and run small-scope projects end-to-end as both Project Manager and Technical Analyst
Requirements:
- Must work US business hours; after-hours and weekend support required for newly implemented clients for a minimum of 2 weeks post go-live
- Strong financial industry domain knowledge across banking and payments
- Merchant and mobile distributed capture workflows - understanding of end-to-end deposit lifecycle
- Familiarity with teller and distributed capture environments within banking institutions will be an added advantage
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong training and documentation skills
- Ability to review client requirements and relay to appropriate technical resources where needed
- Manage client expectations, scope, and escalations through go-live and stabilisation phases
- Lead client calls, training sessions, and on-site go-live and hypercare support
