    Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

    $107,250 Guaranteed Base Salary | Hybrid Flexibility

    We are partnering confidentially with an established pediatric therapy organization seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for a unique center-based opportunity with hybrid flexibility.


    This position is designed for a BCBA who thrives with autonomy, enjoys a productive clinical schedule, and wants their compensation to reflect that level of impact.


    Compensation:


    $107,250 guaranteed base salary


    Rather than relying heavily on bonuses or variable compensation, this model places greater emphasis on your guaranteed base salary.

    What Makes This Role Different?


    This opportunity is built for a self-starter who wants the ability to take ownership of their schedule, maintain a strong clinical caseload, and make a meaningful impact on clients, families, and the team around them.


    The position includes a monthly expectation of approximately 140 billable hours.


    You will also have dedicated time for treatment planning, supervision, clinical strategy, and other responsibilities outside of direct client care.


    What You'll Do:


    As a BCBA, you will:

    • Develop and oversee individualized, data-driven treatment plans
    • Provide clinical supervision and ongoing coaching to RBTs
    • Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
    • Conduct parent and caregiver training
    • Build collaborative relationships with families
    • Support RBT competency development and clinical growth
    • Partner with other professionals to provide coordinated pediatric care
    • Help drive strong clinical outcomes across the center
    • Manage your schedule with a high degree of independence
