Immigration Paralegal

Our client’s needs continue to grow! We are seeking a paralegal with 1 - 4 years of experience, who possesses a passion for immigration law and working with people from around the world.

\n

Only well qualified applicants will be considered.

\n

Responsibilities include assisting our attorneys in preparing PERM, I-140s, and Adjustment of Status applications (family and employment), consular immigrant visa applications, and PERM applications.

\n

Requirements: BS/BA degree and employment-based immigration related paralegal experience, including working with volume employment based non-immigrant categories and preparing employment-based immigrant visa petitions (EB-1, EB-2 and EB-3), adjustment of status and naturalization applications. Experience preparing non-immigrant petitions and/or family-based petitions and applications is a plus.

·        Excellent English communication skills

\n

·        Experience in Word and familiarity with Microsoft suite
