We manage vendor relationships, oversee immigration case workflows, and support employees throughout their visa and work authorization processes. Our team collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to maintain accurate documentation and uphold the integrity of all immigration-related activities.
TikTok is seeking to hire an Immigration Data Analyst, supporting the US Visa Services team, focused on immigration & mobility domains. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with multiple domestic and global stakeholders to support our continued growth and expansion.

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a resource for the Visa Services team to execute and improve operational processes, ensuring accurate case tracking, data integrity, and adherence to established immigration workflows and compliance requirements
- Partner with Immigration team on status changes impacting work authorization
- Build scalable SOPs for intake, approvals, vendor coordination, and escalations. Develop FAQs, templates, and stakeholder guidance materials.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure employment compliance, avoid risks and support adherence to company policies
- Interpret various forms of data by analyzing large-scale datasets from diverse sources to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies, keeping track of dataset quality. Monitor case-level metrics (timeliness, RFE trends, denial rates).
- Use logical and analytical skills to audit and interpret data to determine what their findings mean for stakeholders.
- Assist with data audits as required, including invoice reviews for billing mattersMinimum Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Data Management, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong Excel skills (e.g., XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical formulas, reconciliation models)
- Demonstrated experience in data validation, audits, or operational reporting with high attention to detail with a strong quality and risk-awareness mindset
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple data cycles, and meet tight deadlines
- Strong communication skills to explain data issues and findings to cross-functional partners
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of U.S. immigration compliance requirements or experience supporting U.S. employment-based immigration programs and familiarity with immigration case lifecycle management
- Familiarity with payroll or HR systems and data interfaces
- Experience with process automation, dashboards, or data transformation tools
- Prior contractor or project-based experience in operations or data roles
