    About the Role

    We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Immigration Attorney to join our New York City practice. This role involves managing a diverse caseload of employment-based and/or family-based immigration matters, advising clients on U.S. immigration strategy, and representing individuals and businesses before U.S. immigration agencies.

    The ideal candidate is client-focused, organized, and confident navigating complex immigration regulations while delivering practical, timely solutions.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage end-to-end immigration cases, including strategy, drafting, filing, and follow-up

    • Prepare and review immigration petitions and applications such as:

      • H-1B, L-1, O-1, TN, E-3

      • PERM labor certifications

      • I-140, I-485, adjustment of status

      • Family-based petitions and consular processing (if applicable)

    • Advise corporate and individual clients on immigration options, compliance, and risk

    • Communicate directly with clients, government agencies, and internal stakeholders

    • Respond to RFEs, NOIDs, and other agency correspondence

    • Stay current on immigration laws, policies, and regulatory changes

    • Maintain accurate case records and meet strict filing deadlines

    Qualifications

    • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

    • Active license and good standing with a U.S. state bar (NY preferred)

    • 2+ years of immigration law experience (employment-based preferred; family-based a plus)

    • Strong knowledge of U.S. immigration laws and procedures

    • Excellent legal writing, analytical, and communication skills

    • Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment

    • High level of professionalism and client service orientation

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience with high-volume corporate immigration

    • Familiarity with case management systems (e.g., Docketwise, INSZoom, LawLogix)

    • Prior experience working with startups, tech companies, or multinational clients

    • Bilingual abilities (a plus, not required)

    Compensation & Benefits

    • Competitive base salary ($130,000-$250,000) Depending on experience
