    Remote | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | Fort Lauderdale, FL

    About the Role
You'll handle business immigration for entrepreneurs, investors, and professionals building a future in the U.S., including E-2 and EB-5 investor cases, L-1 transfers, O-1 and EB-1 petitions, and EB-2 NIW, among others. You'll meet with clients, own your cases from strategy through filing, and direct the paralegals and legal assistants who prepare them with you.

This isn't removal defense or a family-based docket, and it isn't an H-1B and PERM practice. It's investor and business-owner work, and it needs an active Florida Bar license. We're flat-fee, so there's no billable hour requirement. Whether you're a few years in or newer to practice with real business immigration experience, there's room to grow here.

Relevant Backgrounds: Immigration Attorney · Business Immigration Associate · Corporate Immigration Attorney · Investor Visa Attorney · EB-5 Attorney · Immigration Associate · Associate Attorney

    • Assign work to our paralegals and legal assistants, review it before filing, and keep their deadlines on track
