Immigration Associate Attorney

Our client, an established immigration law firm, is looking for an Immigration Associate with 3-7 years of experience to join its team. This is a fully in-office position based in Alexandria, VA.

What You'll Need

• 3-7 years of immigration law experience, including at least 3 years in immigration
• Family immigration experience
• Immigration court trial experience
• A degree from a Top 50 law school
• An active bar license in any state (Maryland is helpful)
• Comfort with technology, since the firm uses AI tools heavily in its practice
• Readiness to supervise and mentor junior associates

Nice to Have

• Bilingual in Spanish
