POSITION OVERVIEW
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Consult Liaison Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner PMHNP to provide telehealth psychiatric care for patients of all ages in Wisconsin. ThisConsult Liaison Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner role is open to those with an active Wisconsin license and offers a flexible remote schedule and is ideal for a provider interested in providing consult liaison services for a hospital with a daily census of 4-6 patients that is expected to increase over the coming year. ThisConsult-Liaison PMHNP role is currently classified as a 1099 contractor position with a pay per patient model but IPC is open to discussion of other contract models. Rates are currently set at 80 per initial consultation and 30 per follow-up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform psychiatric evaluations and manage medications for patients across the lifespan children adolescents and adults. Provide consult liaison services to support staff and ensure timely psychiatric interventions. Collaborate with interdisciplinary support teams to deliver coordinated high-quality care. Maintain accurate thorough and timely documentation in line with clinical and regulatory requirements. Apply a patient-centered approach to care tailoring treatment plans to meet individual needs and preferences. Flexible Scheduling

QUALIFICATIONS
PMHNP Active unrestricted NP license in the State of Wisconsin or the ability to obtain one. Active DEA registration or eligibility to obtain one. Experience with telepsychiatry and managing diverse multi-age patient populations is highly preferred. Must be able to work remotely candidates can reside anywhere in the U.S. Wisconsin licensure preferred.
